Materials

Depending on the application, pipes are made from high-alloy or low-alloy titanium alloys. The outer diameter of a seamless titanium pipe can be produced between 6 - 50.8 mm. Its wall thickness is between 0.41 - 1.3 mm. It can be 2,000 to 5,000 mm long.

Standards: AMS 6931, AMS 2380, AMS 4928, AMS 4900, AMS 4901, AMS 4902, AMS 4903, AMS 4911, AMS-T-9046, ASTM B265

Alloys: Unalloyed Titanium (Gr 1,2,3,4), Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Grade 23 (6Al-4V ELI) and other possible alloys.
